What To Expect From Coaching Sessions
I don’t know about you, but I love grabbing a cup of coffee with a good friend and having a deep conversation. Imagine that our time together will be just like that.
- We’ll schedule a time to chat, and we can have that conversation through a phone call or my personal preference, a video chat. I’d love to be able to look eye to eye while we talk.
- I’ll ask some questions- you’ll do a lot of the talking.
- We’ll come up with some next steps together.
- And we’ll decide how often you’d like to chat.
After our conversation, you’ll get a recap email from me, so you don’t have to worry about writing down anything, I’ll get you those details, along with any additional thoughts I have. We’ll continue to meet as long as it is helpful and needed for you!
